We are looking for a detail -oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage logistics operations, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure timely movement of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan, track, and monitor shipments and transportation schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
- Maintain logistics and supply chain documentation, records, and reports
- Monitor inventory movement and support demand and supply planning
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays, shortages, or damages
- Ensure compliance with logistics policies, safety standards, and regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 1 -5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Solid coordination, planning, and problem -solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is preferred
- Good communication and vendor management skills
