Job Scope : To sell Health Insurance Products to customers via different channels.

Agency Channel :
The candidate needs to recruit and connect with good quality prospective Life insurance advisors or agents of the assigned region and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the insurance agents.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet the insurance agents & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.
Banca Channel :
The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under different Branches of the Bank.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the bank.
80% Indoor Sales Role in the branch of the Bank & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer.
Direct Channel :
The Candidate will receive leads from the company and generate own leads from open market and referrals.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet assigned customers & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.
Requirements
Education : Any Graduate (Full time course only), Candidates for all Banca channels must have completed their degree or +2 with a diploma from any recognized university or state board.
Gender : Male / Female can be Hired.
Experience : Preferable to have field Sales Experience > 6 months -1 years
Notice Period : Maximum 30 Days, Preference would be given to immediate joiners.
Industry : Candidate must be from Insurance Industry Life / General / Health, BFSI Industry candidates can also be considered.
Attributes : Candidate should be presentable & Young with Good Communication
Documents : All necessary and relevant experience documents must be in place
Stability : Must have stability with good performance track record.
CIBIL : Must have a CIBIL Score of 650+.
Performance : Must have a positive performance track record and an incentive earner.
Transportation : Must have Two -wheeler and a Valid Driving License
