Job Scope : To sell Life Insurance Products to customers via different channels.
Job Role : Individual Role
Agency Channel :
The candidate needs to find and connect with different insurance agents of the region assigned.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the insurance agents.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet the insurance agents & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.
Banca Channel :
The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under different Branches of the Bank.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the bank.
80% Indoor Sales Role in the branch of the Bank & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer.
Direct Channel :
The Candidate will receive leads from the company and generate own leads from open market and referrals.
Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers.
80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet assigned customers & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate or Under Graduate
Experience: Sales experience mandatory with preference BFSI with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Age : Should be below 38 Years
Residing Distance : With in 15 to 20 Kilometres from Job Location
Must have a Two -Wheeler with a valid driving Licence.
All BFSI candidates are allowed.
