Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to build and maintain enterprise -grade web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and a good understanding of MVC architecture, with Struts experience as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities


- Design and develop scalable web applications using Core Java, JSP, and Servlets

- Build and maintain MVC -based applications (Struts framework preferred)

- Develop backend business logic ensuring performance and scalability

- Integrate applications with relational databases using JDBC and SQL

- Deploy and manage applications on Apache Tomcat / WebLogic servers

- Perform bug fixing, performance tuning, and code optimization

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver high -quality solutions

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Key Requirements

- Strong hands -on experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17)

- Expertise in JSP and Servlets (mandatory)

- Good understanding of Struts (added advantage)

- Solid experience with JDBC and SQL databases

- Experience in application deployment on Tomcat/WebLogic

- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production systems

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Self -driven and able to handle responsibilities independently

- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
