About the Role/n Green Guava is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You'll work on a wide range of creative projects, including product packaging, branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and exhibition graphics.

Responsibilities/n /n Create engaging designs using CorelDRAW and Canva.
/n Develop creative concepts by researching design trends, references, and marketing requirements.
/n Design layouts with strong typography, composition, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
/n Create product packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, flyers, social media creatives, website banners, and other marketing materials.
/n Produce print-ready artwork and digital creatives with high attention to detail.
/n Review, refine, and improve designs based on feedback.
/n Collaborate with the marketing team, printers, web designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative assets.
/n Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.




/n Requirements/n /n 1–2 years of skilled experience in Graphic Design.
/n Proficiency in CorelDRAW (Mandatory).
/n Strong working knowledge of Canva.
/n Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
/n Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production.
/n Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
/n Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
/n A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
/n Nice to Have/n /n Experience with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney.
/n Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Cap Cut).
/n Experience designing for social media and e-commerce.
/n Preferred Candidate/n /n Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

/n Able to reliably commute to or relocate to Makarba, Ahmedabad before joining.
