Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive cricket training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

- Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, and match strategies.

- Identify and mentor talented young players for inter -school and regional tournaments.

- Organize and manage intra -school cricket matches, leagues, and friendly fixtures.

- Monitor player performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain individual progress records.

- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude among students.




Requirements



- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 2 -5 years of hands -on experience coaching cricket at school or youth level.





- Proven track record of developing players and achieving success in school or local tournaments.

- In -depth knowledge of cricket rules, techniques, tactics, and fitness training methodologies.

- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills with the ability to connect with children.

- Valid certification in first aid and sports safety (a plus).

- Ability to work within a structured school workplace and adhere to academic schedules.
