your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.nn * Review /Sign all types of UK individual income tax returns.nn * Demonstrate a hgh level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.nn * Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met.nn * Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN.nn * Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates u0026 Senior Associates.nn * Demonstrate leadership and executive presence.nn * Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.nn * Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing.nn * Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.nn * Create and lead the highest performing teams and inspire team members.nn * Lead by example and be a role model.nn * Coach team members.nnnnnAdditional Informationnn * Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA.nn * 5-7 years of experience in review/sign of UK Individual Tax returnsnn * Excellent communication skills.nn * Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata nnnnnWe are an equal-prospect employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.n
