Role Summary


Responsible for overseeing factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining efficiency, and achieving on -time shipments while meeting quality and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities


- Ensure timely shipment achievement as per production schedules.

- Improve and maintain factory efficiency to support profitability goals.

- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, QA, and Embellishment teams.

- Monitor order forecasts, trims, accessories, fabric arrivals, patterns, and pre -production activities.

- Control production line input and output against daily production plans.

- Organize and lead pre -production meetings.

- Ensure shipment targets are achieved through daily production monitoring.

- Coordinate with Quality teams to reduce rejections and improve product quality.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

- Conduct finished goods inspections against quality standards.

- Negotiate contractor rates in coordination with the Costing Department.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Factory Management or Production Management within garment/apparel manufacturing.


Education

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
