We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have hands -on expertise in managing social media channels, driving organic growth, boosting engagement, and executing impactful social media campaigns.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of audience behavior, and experience working with influencers to build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day -to -day activities across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and community engagement initiatives

- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement organically

- Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools

- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns

- Identify relevant influencers and manage end -to -end collaboration processes

- Handle influencer outreach, communication,



and partnership execution

- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
