The Dough Artisan is responsible for dough preparation, fermentation management, and supporting pizza production while ensuring consistency, quality, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare pizza dough as per company recipes and standards.
• Manage dough fermentation, portioning, and storage processes.
• Support pizza preparation and kitchen operations.
• Maintain quality and consistency of dough production.
• Monitor ingredient usage and stock availability.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Minimum 9th Pass.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills required.
Experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in dough preparation, bakery operations, pizza kitchens, or related kitchen roles.
• Experience with Neapolitan -style or Sourdough dough preparation preferred.

Advantages
Compensation
• CTC: ₹23,000 per month.
• Approx. In -hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,400 per month.
