We are looking for an experienced and visionary Data Science Lead to drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful, data -driven solutions at scale.

? Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Advanced certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI (e.g., AWS ML Specialty) preferred
- Research papers, case studies, or open -source contributions (preferred)
? Experience Required
- 8–12 years in data science and analytics
- 6–8 years in advanced analytics & statistical modelling
- 4–6 years of team leadership / project leadership
- Solid experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments (enterprise/government)

Advanced AI/ML:
- Deep Learning, NLP (BERT, GPT, Transformers)

- Computer Vision, Anomaly Detection
Statistical Modelling:
- Regression, Classification, Clustering, Bayesian Methods
Big Data:
- Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Databricks
Visualization:
- Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib
Model Lifecycle & Governance:
- MLflow, DVC, Experiment Tracking
- Bias detection, fairness evaluation, explainability
- Privacy -preserving AI (Differential Privacy, Federated Learning)
