Hiring: Data Engineer – Data Modeling


Location: Bangalore


Work Mode: Work From Office (Day 1 Mandatory)


Interview Mode: Face -to -Face (Mandatory)




We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer – Data Modeling with strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and analytics datasets.



Key Responsibilities:




• Design and develop analytical data models (fact & dimension structures)


• Write and optimize complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions)


• Perform query optimization and performance tuning


• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies


• Build and maintain source -to -target mappings and data dictionaries


• Define business rules and transformation logic clearly


• Perform data validation,



reconciliation, and quality checks


• Support data profiling and anomaly detection activities


• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement understanding and delivery




Required Skills:




• Strong hands -on experience in Advanced SQL


• Expertise in data modeling concepts (fact/dimension)


• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills


• Experience in data validation and data quality frameworks


• Valuable understanding of HR / workforce data (preferred)


• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
