- Develop event themes, concepts, and storylines that align with client objectives.

- Craft captivating presentations using strong narrative flow, impactful copy, and engaging visual direction.

- Collaborate with design, client servicing, and production teams to develop full -fledged event proposals.

- Write scripts, AV lines, theme notes, emcee scripts, taglines, and pre/post event communication.

- Understand brand language, tone, and audience to tailor content accordingly.

- Support in brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, and new business proposals.

- Keep presentations visually exciting and copy strategically structured.


Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an event agency or brand activation environment.





- Strong command over storytelling, concept creation, and copywriting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote and ability to structure presentation flow.

- Understanding of event formats, audience engagement, and experiential marketing.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with industry trends and creative benchmarks in the events space.
