We are seeking an experienced qualified to manage end -to -end customs documentation and clearance operations for import and export shipments (Air & Sea).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and validating customs documents, coordinating with CHA and clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating smooth and timely cargo clearance.

This role requires strong knowledge of customs laws, documentation processes, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete documentation process for import and export shipments (Air & Sea).

- Prepare, check, and submit documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, certificates of origin, E -Sanchit documents, and other statutory paperwork.

- Handle AD Code registration and related compliance documentation.

- Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations, foreign trade policies, and international shipping laws.

- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, exporters/importers, and internal operations teams.

- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance.





- Resolve issues such as document discrepancies, shipment holds, or customs queries.

- Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

- Track and verify duties, taxes, and other customs -related charges.
- Stay updated with changes in customs rules, tariff classifications, and trade regulations.
