- Skills & Requirements: Good written and oral communication skills. Excellent logical thinking and judgement skills. Comfortable working in night shifts. High accountability and ownership in the team. Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment. Ability to identify the scope of the project requirement. Liaise with key stakeholders and conduct brainstorming sessions to get exact requirements. Document exact business needs & prepare use cases, business requirement documents. Expert level presentation skills. Experience in sales processes would be an added advantage. Conduct effective requirements reviews to improve the quality of requirements deliverables. Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
