Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and requirement documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
- Hands -on experience with Salesforce
- Experience with QlikView / Qlik Sense for analytics & reporting
- Solid understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Experience working in Insurance Domain projects
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into analytical specifications
