We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can build, maintain, and improve web applications. The ideal candidate should not only be technically strong but also show ownership, problem -solving ability, and leadership potential to grow into a team lead role in the future.
Job Location : Sodala,Jaipur.
Working Days : 5 days a week.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years.
Salary : Upto 7.5 LPA (Depends on Interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications based on business requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Work on both current development and enhancement of existing systems
- Understand client or business needs and convert them into working solutions
- Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth application performance
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams (designers, testers, managers)
- Ensure application security and data protection
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver on time
- Support junior developers and gradually take mentoring responsibilities
Requirements
Technical Skills
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core
- C# programming language
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with databases (like SQL Server)
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Basic understanding of version control tools (like Git)
Leadership & Growth Expectations
- Ability to take ownership of modules/projects
- Willingness to guide and support junior team members
- Good decision -making and accountability
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Potential to grow into a Team Lead role shortly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
