Role Overview
We are looking for a detail -oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day -to -day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the university’s financial health. The ideal candidate will bring accuracy, integrity, and a problem -solving mindset to the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software/ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred)
- 1 -3 yrs of experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Solid analytical and problem -solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
