Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Change bed linens and make beds neatly.

Clean bathrooms, replenish toiletries, towels, and other guest supplies.

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room areas.

Check room appliances, lights, and amenities to ensure they are in working condition.

Refill minibar items and room amenities, if applicable.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.

Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

Ensure corridors, service areas, and pantries are clean and organized.

Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Respond politely to guest requests and provide prompt assistance.

Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards

Requirements & Skills





Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.

Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.

Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
