**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment Support:** Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing candidate files, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- **Employee Onboarding:** Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating introductions to team members to foster a welcoming environment.
- **Record Maintenance:** Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training completion, to ensure compliance and organized data management.
