- Boarding Support: Assist with the boarding process by ensuring passengers are lined up correctly and boarding in an organized manner. Communicate any important updates to passengers.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain a positive attitude while providing information about flight schedules, services, or airport facilities.

- Safety and Security:



Help maintain a secure setting by observing airport safety protocols and reporting any suspicious activity to security personnel.
