We are seeking an experienced Vendor Development Engineer to identify, develop, and manage vendors for precision machined components. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC/VMC machining, supplier development, cost optimization, and quality management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors for machining and precision components.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.

Source cost-effective vendors while ensuring quality standards.

Conduct technical evaluations of vendors based on manufacturing capabilities.

Review technical drawings (2D & 3D) and communicate technical requirements to suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement activities.





Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Planning departments.

Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.

Resolve supplier-related quality and delivery issues.

Maintain vendor database and documentation.

Prepare reports related to vendor performance, cost savings, and sourcing activities.

Ensure compliance with company quality and procurement standards
