Key Responsibilities:

2. Ensure accuracy and quality control: Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to safety protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

3. Record and report findings: Document test results accurately, maintain detailed records, and communicate findings to healthcare professionals for further evaluation.

4. Assist in research and development: Collaborate with healthcare providers and researchers to develop new diagnostic methods, improve existing procedures, and advance medical knowledge.

5. Stay updated on industry trends: Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of the latest advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.





Required Skills and Expectations:
