### Job Overview

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced and strategic **Lead Product Manager** with 14+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

### Key Responsibilities

* Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

* Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and optimization.

* Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities.

* Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements and priorities.

* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders.

* Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams.

* Define product KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure product performance.

* Manage product prioritization, backlog, releases, and go-to-market initiatives.

* Identify opportunities for product innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

* Communicate product strategy, progress,



and business impact effectively to senior leadership.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* 14+ years of overall experience in Product Management or a closely related role.

* Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.

* Proven experience managing and launching successful products.

* Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and market analysis.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.

* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.

* Robust business acumen with the ability to connect product initiatives with business outcomes.

### Preferred Profile

Candidates who have worked in **technology/product-driven organizations** and have experience managing complex products, large-scale initiatives, and cross-functional teams will be preferred.
