Key Responsibilities:

2. **Room Preparation**: Ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests, coordinating with housekeeping when necessary.

3. **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing events, from small meetings to larger gatherings, ensuring all details are taken care of.

4. **Feedback Management**: Collect and record guest feedback, addressing any concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

5. **Administrative Support**: Help with various administrative tasks, including managing reservations, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
