Finance Manager - Automobile Dealership

Location: Kundalahalli, Bengaluru (near ITPL Main Road/AECS Layout, Opp. Brookefield)

Candidates must reside within 10 KM of office, or be open to relocating nearby

Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 15,00,000 per annum

We're hiring a Finance Manager to manage the complete financial operations of an automobile dealership - budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, and coordination with banks and OEM partners.

What you'll do:

Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

Manage cash flow, working capital & banking transactions

Track dealership profitability across sales, service & spare parts departments

Prepare annual budgets and forecasts; analyze budget vs. actual variances

Manage GST filings, TDS compliance & statutory returns

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants & regulatory authorities

Ensure OEM financial reporting compliance

Oversee vehicle inventory financing, stock reconciliation & retail finance coordination with banks/NBFCs

Track dealer incentives, claims & reimbursements from OEMs

Implement internal financial controls, conduct internal & stock audits

Supervise and train the accounts & finance team

Must-haves:

10-15 years in finance/accounting, preferably in automobile dealership or automotive industry

CA / CMA / MBA Finance / / (CA preferred)





Hands-on experience in OEM reporting

Retail finance coordination experience with banks/NBFCs for customer vehicle loans

Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting & compliance (GST, TDS, audits)

ERP/accounting software experience - Tally, SAP, or DMS

Experience with brands like Toyota, KIA, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Volvo, or luxury automobile brands preferred
