We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate to identify current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Present company products/services and explain their benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.

Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Required Skills

Good presentation and convincing abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
