We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team in Delhi NCR. This position requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate project cost estimates. We welcome candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience, especially recent graduates with degrees in or . and Certification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation From BHADANIS QS Institute or Nicmar or RICS shall be given preference

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Cost Estimates:** Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment necessary for construction projects.

- **Review Bid Proposals:** Evaluate and compare bid proposals from subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.

- **Maintain Cost Databases:** Keep updated records of cost data, including material and labor costs, to support future estimating efforts.

- **Collaborate with Project Teams:** Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather information and provide insights that inform project budgets.

- **Conduct Site Assessments:** Visit construction sites to gather information on existing conditions and evaluate how they may impact project costs.





- **Monitor Project Changes:** Track changes during construction and adjust cost estimates as needed to reflect any modifications in project scope or specifications.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel is essential for managing data effectively. Good communication skills are necessary for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. A basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards is important to develop accurate estimates.
