We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bani Park. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Assessment:** Evaluate patients to determine their physical, emotional, and social needs. This includes conducting interviews and using standardized tests to assess their abilities and challenges.

- **Develop Treatment Plans:** Create personalized therapy plans based on the assessment findings, ensuring they align with the goals and needs of each patient.

- **Therapeutic Interventions:** Implement various therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and overall quality of life.

- **Progress Monitoring:** Regularly track and document patients' progress toward their therapy goals, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plans as needed.

- **Collaboration with Care Team:** Work closely with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and share insights regarding treatment effectiveness.

- **Patient and Family Education:** Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and adaptive techniques to promote independence and functionality at home or in their community.
