We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting people with the right job opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sourcing Candidates:** Use various platforms like job boards and social media to find potential candidates for open positions.

- **Screening Resumes:** Evaluate resumes to shortlist applicants who meet the qualifications for specific roles.

- **Conducting Interviews:** Organize and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.

- **Managing Job Postings:** Create and maintain job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

- **Coordinating with Hiring Managers:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help fulfill job vacancies efficiently.

- **Maintaining Candidate Records:** Keep detailed records of each candidate’s progress through the recruitment process in our tracking system.
