We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Gurgaon, India. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and Aviation.

Helpline Support-

As Airport Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers with the check-in process by verifying their travel documents and issuing boarding passes efficiently and accurately.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure the safe and timely handling of passenger luggage, including loading and unloading bags and guiding them to the correct destinations.

3. **Customer Support**: Provide assistance to passengers with queries, helping them locate gates, provide information about flight status, and resolve any issues that may arise.

4. **Coordination with Airlines**: Communicate effectively with airline staff and other ground services to ensure coordination and timely processing of all airport operations.

5. **Safety and Security Compliance**:



Adhere to all safety and security regulations, conducting checks to ensure passenger safety and proper handling of airport equipment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with passengers effectively. Customer service skills are essential, along with a friendly and professional demeanor. A keen attention to detail is important for checking documents and handling luggage. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a quick-paced environment is also essential for this role.
