Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Assist passengers with ticketing, check-in procedures, and baggage claims, ensuring a smooth travel experience and addressing any concerns they may have.

2. **Safety and Security**: Follow all airport security protocols and procedures, helping secure the safety of passengers and airport staff by conducting safety checks and monitoring restricted areas.

3. **Communication**: Coordinate with various departments (such as airlines, security, and ground handling) to relay important information and updates to passengers and crew.

4. **Ground Handling Support**: Help with the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, ensuring that all operations comply with safety and efficiency standards.
