Key Responsibilities

Build and expand the US client base through outbound calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Research and connect with key decision-makers within potential client organizations.

Conduct initial sales discussions to understand business requirements and identify opportunities.

Demonstrate and recommend suitable IT solutions based on client needs.

Manage the sales process from prospecting and initial contact through negotiation and successful closure.

Keep CRM records updated, manage regular follow-ups, and nurture solid long-term client partnerships.

Monthly Targets & Performance Metrics

Generate 200-300 qualified leads from the US market every month.

Complete approximately 80-100 outbound calls per working day, aligned with US business hours.





Execute 500-800 targeted cold emails per month, including systematic follow-ups.

Schedule and conduct 20-30 qualified discovery meetings per month.

Successfully acquire 10-15 new US clients every month.

Achieve a monthly business revenue of USD $15,000-$20,000+.
