**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operational Management**: Direct and oversee all operations on the plantation, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance, to ensure high-quality produce.

- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead a team of workers. Provide training and guidance to improve their skills and productivity.

- **Resource Management**: Monitor and manage resources such as water, fertilizers, and pesticides to ensure efficient usage and minimize waste.

- **Production Planning**: Develop and implement strategies for efficient production cycles. Plan planting and harvesting schedules to maximize yields.

- **Sustainability Practices**: Promote and implement sustainable farming practices to protect the setting and ensure the longevity of the plantation.
