- **Provide Technical Support:** Offer guidance and assistance to users via phone, email, or chat, addressing any inquiries they may have about the software.

- **Document Solutions:** Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions provided to enhance the knowledge base and improve future support.

- **Collaborate with Development Teams:** Work closely with software developers to report severe issues and provide user feedback for ongoing improvements.
