**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Package Delivery:** Safely deliver packages to customers within the assigned area, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
- **Route Planning:** Plan the most efficient routes for deliveries to minimize delays and ensure timely service.
- **Customer Interaction:** Interact with customers courteously during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Loading and Unloading:** Handle loading and unloading of packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are secure and properly organized.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including any issues encountered, to help improve future services.
- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers. A valid driver’s license is required, and a good understanding of Lucknow’s roads is advantageous.
