**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Market Research:** Stay informed about the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and competitive listings to provide accurate information to clients.

- **Property Listings:** Create and maintain listings for properties, using various channels to ensure maximum visibility and attracting potential buyers or tenants.

- **Showings and Open Houses:** Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.

- **Negotiation:** Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms for your clients.

- **Paperwork Management:** Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation,
