Position Name: Accounts and Admin

Role and Responsibilities

Accounts:

Day-to-day cash entries, reports, and bank reports.

Day-to-day bank expenditure reports, voucher preparation.

Debtors collection.

Preparation of pending statements.

Bank vouchers preparation.

Preparation of bank reconciliation statements.

Daily reports, monthly reports.

Filing TDS certificates and preparation of related Excel reports.

Preparation of daily cash vouchers and bank vouchers.

Preparation of branch allocation statements.

Cash inflow and outflow statements.

Managing pending statements and pending payments.





GST filing and reconciliation.

Preparation and maintenance of GST invoices and reports.

Ensuring compliance with GST regulations and filing GST returns on time.

Handling GST-related queries and maintaining proper documentation for audits.
