** Location:** Kochi, Kerala

Lumos Grid Pvt. Ltd., a growing Solar EPC company specializing in residential and commercial solar installations, is looking for motivated and target-oriented **Sales Executives** to join our team.

### Salary & Incentives

* **Basic Salary:** ₹8,000 per month

* **Performance Incentive:** ₹2,000 for every 1 kW of solar capacity sold

* **Monthly Sales Target:** 15 kW

* **Potential Earnings:** Up to **₹38,000/month** on achieving the monthly target.

### Job Responsibilities

* Generate current customer leads.

* Meet residential and commercial clients.

* Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.

* Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into sales.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.





### Eligibility

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Sales experience is preferred but freshers with confidence are welcome.

* Must be self-motivated and target-driven.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
