Le Servia Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Private Limited Company engaged in Facility Management, Professional Cleaning, Housekeeping and Manpower Support Services. We are urgently hiring Deep Cleaning Staff for residential and commercial cleaning assignments in Kochi.

Designation: Deep Cleaning Staff

Location: Edappally, Kochi

Job Type: Full-time, field-based role

Salary: ₹14,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable

Qualification

10th, Plus Two, ITI, Diploma or any educational qualification. Practical ability, discipline and willingness to work are more important.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Candidates with experience in deep cleaning, housekeeping, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing or facility-management services will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Valid 4-wheeler driving licence

Must know car driving confidently

Willingness to travel to customer locations

Ready to perform physical and field-based cleaning work

Flexible with work timings and customer requirements

Basic discipline, punctuality and personal hygiene

Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial deep-cleaning services

Clean floors, walls, washrooms, kitchens,



windows and other assigned areas

Operate single-disc scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers and other professional cleaning machines

Carry out sofa, mattress, carpet and upholstery cleaning when required

Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to the correct dilution

Protect furniture, flooring and customer property during cleaning

Load, transport and return machines, tools and cleaning materials

Drive company vehicles for team and equipment movement when assigned

Maintain cleaning machines, tools and accessories properly

Follow the instructions of the Supervisor or Team Leader

Complete work within the assigned schedule

Maintain professional behaviour at customer locations

Follow company safety, hygiene and quality standards

Report completed work, material usage and operational issues

Skills Required

Willingness to learn professional cleaning methods

Basic communication skills in Malayalam

Ability to communicate politely with customers

Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning machines

Responsible, hardworking and team-oriented

Willing to work during mornings, evenings and occasional weekends
