No fixed salary – HIGH INCENTIVE / COMMISSION MODEL

The more crates you sell, the more you earn!

Attractive commission on every crate sold

Additional incentives for achieving higher monthly targets

Earnings have no fixed upper limit for high performers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate / Minimum Graduate qualification preferred

• Own bike & valid driving licence mandatory

• Good knowledge of Pathankot/Jassur and nearby markets

• Positive communication and convincing skills

• Willing to work in the field and visit customers daily

• Ability to identify new buyers and develop long-term customers

• Must be responsible for sales follow-up and payment recovery





• Experience in fruit/vegetable/FMCG wholesale sales will be an advantage

• Freshers with strong sales ability can also apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Find new banana wholesalers and buyers

Visit markets and develop new customers

Sell banana crates and achieve daily/monthly targets

Maintain regular relationships with buyers

Follow up for outstanding payments

Ensure timely collection of customer payments

Expand the customer network in Pathankot, Jassur and surrounding areas
