Le Servia Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Private Limited Company engaged in Facility Management, Professional Cleaning, Housekeeping and Maintenance Support Services. We are hiring a responsible and organised Retail Operations & Asset Coordinator to manage cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals, consumables, stock and daily field-team dispatch.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following areas is preferred:

Store or inventory management

Asset control

Operations coordination

Logistics or dispatch

Facility Management or Cleaning Operations

Mandatory Driving Requirement

Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory

Candidate must know car driving confidently

Must be ready for local field visits and operational coordination

Willing to assist with material purchases, delivery and asset movement

Key Responsibilities

Prepare tools, cleaning machines, chemicals and consumables for daily jobs

Support the morning dispatch of field teams

Issue assets to employees and record their return

Maintain proper stock, asset and inventory records

Coordinate with Team Leaders, Supervisors and cleaning technicians

Monitor the availability and condition of cleaning machines





Follow up on machine servicing and repairs

Track stock levels and arrange timely replenishment

Support urgent operational purchases and material movement

Maintain equipment, chemical and consumable registers

Prepare daily asset, stock, dispatch and operations reports

Ensure all machines and materials are ready before team deployment

Report missing, damaged or delayed-return assets to management

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and Google Sheets

Good organisational and record-maintenance skills

Ability to coordinate with office and field teams

Basic inventory and stock-control knowledge

Good communication and reporting skills

Responsible, punctual and capable of handling multiple tasks

Willingness to work in both office and field operations

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be organised, trustworthy and capable of taking ownership of company tools, machines, chemicals and other operational assets. The person should be comfortable coordinating with employees, supporting early-morning dispatch and preparing accurate daily reports.

Candidates who are adaptable for morning and occasional evening operational requirements will be preferred.
