Main Responsibilities

* TPA/Insurance patients ki admission & discharge formalities

* Pre-authorization aur approval process handle karna

* Insurance/TPA portal par entries aur document submission

* Query handling aur pending approvals ka follow-up

* Final bill/claim documents prepare & submit karna

* TPA/Insurance companies ke saath coordination

* Claim rejection/query ka follow-up

* Daily TPA records maintain karna
