Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers / banks regarding issues
Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information about products, services, or offers.
Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer needs and interest.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally or escalate them to the appropriate team when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, or sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Pay: ₹8,880.83 - ₹10,023.36 per month
