Job Summary

The Exchange Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring compliance with

regulatory requirements prescribed by stock exchanges and other applicable authorities. The role

involves monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining compliance records, filing reports, and

supporting audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor and ensure compliance with exchange regulations and circulars.

 Prepare and submit regulatory reports and returns within prescribed timelines.

 Maintain compliance records and documentation.

 Track regulatory updates and implement necessary changes.

 Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

 Support internal, exchange, and regulatory audits.

 Report compliance exceptions and assist in corrective actions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
