Diamond City is a residential and commercial development on the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Highway, RERA MP/07/2024/01161, with possession targeted for August 2028. Six towers are in play at once: a B+S+8 nearing completion, a B+S+12 in finishing, a second B+S+12 at fifth-floor slab, a 2B+23 with the first basement cast and the second underway, an S+5 commercial block, and a 2B+14 yet to break ground.

You will own execution across all of it. That means running the master schedule and holding every trade to it, coordinating directly with the architect and structural consultant on drawings, RFIs and site queries, identifying and appointing contractors for individual packages, driving contractor and vendor performance once they are on board, certifying quantities and running-account bills, and sitting with the procurement team to source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors where your site knowledge is needed. Quality, safety and the RERA-bound milestone calendar are yours. You report directly to the promoter.





Required: B.E. or Diploma in Civil, ten years minimum in private residential-for-sale execution, with direct experience on deep-basement and high-rise RCC. You must have taken at least one tower from foundation to handover. You must read structural, architectural and MEP drawings without a consultant translating them, and you must be able to hold a contractor to a bar chart.

Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA. Candidates with high-rise and deep-basement delivery at larger scale will be considered above this band. Site presence in Cuttack is mandatory; relocation support available.
