Job description:
Carry out maintenance works in accordance with maintenance schedule
Manage, monitor and maintain all plant, equipment's at optimum level performance and be alert of any abnormal functioning or damages
Has to work closely with the client, contractor, supplier and vendor, keeping track and control schedules and deadlines
Attend any call related to maintenance request by any department
Communicate and Coordinate with all the department for the smooth functioning of retreat
Ensure use of safety gadgets at work
Review and update pending job list register
Cleaning and maintaining the maintenance equipment's and tools
Perform all routine maintenance works
Deal with the incoming works properly.
Repairing faulty equipment's and damaged structures
Planning & scheduling repairs
Maintaining inventory reports

Requirements:
Diploma/ITI Electrician, Wireman
Minimum 3 years experience in related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
