About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our USA Operations team, with a focus on engaging NRI investors and building our presence in the US market. This is a leadership role responsible for owning marketing strategy, driving investor engagement, and managing a team of Marketing Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at NRI investors and the US market
Build and manage relationships with NRI investors interested in Indian real estate
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Assistants
Plan, run, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for an international audience
Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into investor relationships
Coordinate with founders and leadership on growth strategy and reporting
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of real estate, ideally with prior experience in real estate marketing, sales, or client relations (preferred, not mandatory)
Proven marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suited to engaging a US-based, international audience
Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, early-stage company setting
