About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Wealth Management Executives to help individuals achieve their financial goals through appropriate investment and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, financial knowledge, and a passion for client advisory.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Engage with qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into long-term clients through effective financial advisory.
Acquire recent clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Promote wealth management products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, and other investment solutions.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely market updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce,



Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
NISM Certification (Preferred).

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities.
Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
Sales orientation with a customer-centric approach.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation & Perks
Base CTC of ₹3,00,000 per annum.
