Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and company balance sheets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing and collections.
Assist with tax planning, compliance, and accurate tax return filings (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, Sales Tax, etc.).
Execute month-end and year-end financial closing processes within set deadlines.
Conduct variance analyses to identify and explain discrepancies between budget and actual performance.
Support external and internal financial audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
Monitor daily cash flow and assist with budget planning and forecasting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field. (Skilled certifications like CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred).
Experience: 2–5 years of qualified accounting experience.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERPs (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books).
Core Competencies: Robust understanding of GAAP / IFRS / local accounting principles, sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and high integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
